1. Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For custom or oversized fixtures, processing may require additional time, and we will notify you immediately by email. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped via reliable international air couriers with end-to-end tracking:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

3. Safe Packaging for Fragile Fixtures
We understand that ceiling fans and crystal lighting require extra care during international transit. Every product is packed using custom molded high-density foam, corner reinforcements, and heavy-duty corrugated cartons to withstand long-distance shipping.
4. 100% Free Damage Replacement Guarantee
Your purchase is completely protected against transit damage. If any crystal part, glass shade, or fixture component arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement part or a new unit at zero cost to you.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update online.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties, VAT, or clearance fees determined by the destination country's customs department. These charges are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
